Research Contract. University of Oviedo
The Reactors, Catalysis and Control Group of the University of Oviedo (http://crc.grupos.uniovi.es/) is looking for Chemical Engineers to work on the research project"Methane recovery and recovery in coal mines for energy and chemical uses", funded by the European Union (RFCS).
Research activities will focus on the development of concentration (adsorption) and thermal recovery (regenerative combustors) or chemical (partial oxidation process to methanol) techniques for the use of these emissions.
Requirements:
Candidates should preferably have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline). A strong commitment to develop an academic career (doctorate) in an international and multidisciplinary environment is expected.
Conditions:
Full-time contract including social security coverage.
Salary: 28000 € / year.
Start date: October – December 2017, extendable, and with the possibility of carrying out a Doctoral Thesis on the subject
